We are located in the Ironwood area and offer daytime shifts from Monday-Friday.

At élan we believe in rewarding our employee's productivity and have a generous bonus plan that is paid out once a month on top of the base hourly wage. This bonus plan directly rewards keyer performances and has no cap.

The bonus plan is not sales or commissioned based, it is directly tied to your productivity, the faster you type, the more you can earn.
